នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ Kaja Kallas តំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការបរទេស និងគោលនយោបាយសន្តិសុខ និងជាអនុប្រធាន គណៈកម្មការអឺរ៉ុប ក្នុងឱកាសកិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេសអាស៊ាន-សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប លើកទី២៥ នៅរាជធានីបានដាស៊េរីបេហ្កាវ៉ាន់ ប្រទេសព្រុយណេដារូស្សាឡាម។
ភាគីទាំងពីរបានអះអាងឡើងវិញនូវទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីដ៏រឹងមាំ និងបានរំលឹកឡើងវិញនូវកិច្ចសន្ទនាតាមទូរស័ព្ទកាលពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក៏ដូចជា លទ្ធផលជាផ្លែផ្កានៃដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៅទីក្រុងព្រុចសែល នាខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅ។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈគ្នាលើបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាក្តីកង្វល់រួម ក៏ដូចជាការវិវត្តថ្មីៗនៃស្ថានកាពព្រំដែន កម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងបានបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចំពោះសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។
On 28 April 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, on the sidelines of the 25th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
Both sides reaffirmed their strong bilateral ties and recalled their telephone conversation held in December 2025, as well as the recent fruitful working visit of Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister to Brussels in February 2026. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern, including recent developments along the Cambodia-Thailand border, and reaffirmed their commitment to peace, stability, and respect for international law.
